OBJECT
The present general conditions of sale are intended to inform any potential consumer, natural person or legal entity on the terms and conditions in which CG Distribution company proceed to the sale and delivery of the products ordered. These general conditions of sale also define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of goods by the seller to the consumer. They apply, without restriction or reserves, the overall sales by vendor, and products offered on its Web site: www.crazygoat.fr. Any passage of order on this site induces the acceptance of these conditions.
ARTICLE 1 – PRICES
1.1. The prices of our products are indicated in euros TTC, subject of a French VAT rate change. Prices are listed excluding the costs of shipping, charged in supplement of the price of the products purchased following the amount of the command.
1.2. All the orders whatever their origin are payable in Euros.
1.3. The CG Distribution Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the recording of the orders subject to availability on this date. This amendment will be reported to the purchaser before any command.
1.4. Rate of VAT on the purchase order is that applicable on the day of the command.
1.5. The rate of VAT applicable regardless of the origin of the purchaser is the rate of the seller, i.e. a rate of 5.5% or 19.6% following the product.
1.6. If the delivery takes place outside the territory of the European Union, customs taxes and formalities related remain the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser.
ARTICLE 2 – RESERVE PROPERTY
Products purchased on the www.crazygoat.fr site remain the property of the company CG Distribution until full encashment.
ARTICLE 3 – COMMAND
Orders placed on the site www.crazygoat.fr are subject to several stages which are postings by click to perform by the buyer. The final validation during the ordering process is equivalent to an agreement of acceptance of the present General Conditions of sale-related information.
ARTICLE 4 – VALIDATION
In accordance with article L111-1, the consumer must be able by the seller to know the essential characteristics of the product, before the conclusion of the contract. This, the client declares to have read and accepted the present General Conditions of sale before the passing of his command.
ARTICLE 5 – COMMITMENT
When the client validates his command, this validation is worth acceptance of these General Conditions of sale. Its application cannot be questioned, except retraction within 7 days from the receipt of the command.
ARTICLE 6 – CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
Pursuant to article 1369-2 of the civil Code, the CG Distribution vendor undertakes to confirm the command from the client through an acknowledgement of receipt sent by e-mail within 24 hours. It will specify the contents of the command, its cost, the method of payment accepted and its terms and conditions of delivery.
ARTICLE 7 – THE EVIDENCE
Unless evidence to the contrary, the data recorded on the site www.crazygoat.fr which remains archived by the seller, are evidence of all transactions by CG Distribution and its customers.
ARTICLE 8 – AVAILABILITY
As stipulated in article 1369-1 of the civil code, the product offers and prices exposed on the www.crazygoat.fr site are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of products following execution of your order we will notify you by e-mail or by mail as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 9 – DELIVERY
9.1 General information
Products purchased on the www.crazygoat.fr site are shipped under the terms of the time limits defined in this paragraph, following the validation of the payment and obtaining if necessary customs documents (outside EU). Products are delivered to the delivery address you have indicated during the ordering process. In case of delay, an e-mail will be sent to you. The preparation of the command varies between 2 and 15 days, the expedition is done through Colissimo 48H. The seller shall not be required responsible for any delay in the event of force majeure. In case of payment by check, the command is taken into account after cashing of the check. In case of payment by bank or privative credit card, indicated delays are average delays and correspond to processing and delivery for products destined for the metropolitan France and Monaco.
9.2 – Delivery Problems
You must notify all reserves concerning the delivered product (for example: parcel damaged, already opened…) on the signature slip given by the carrier and to CG Distribution within 3 days after receipt of the product. If the package is lost or not received, please contact us as soon as possible to conduct an audit to delivery services.
9.3 – Compliance of the products
CG Distribution company is committed to refund you or exchanging you the products not corresponding to your order. In this case we thank you to make a detailed statement in writing and for returning us the product. CG Distribution will proceed to the exchange or the refund of the product. The request must be made within the 15 working days following the delivery. Any claim formulated beyond this period will not be accepted. Products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all of the items delivered (box, basket, packaging…). Shipping will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the invoiced tariff. In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the statutory warranty, including those relating to the guarantee of hidden defects. The provisions of this section do not prevent you to benefit from the right of withdrawal (satisfied or reimbursed) provided for in article 5.
ARTICLE 10 – PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases can be done following several modes including payment online by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, other bank cards. The payment of the totality of the price must be carried out during the ordering by the buyer. At no time, payments cannot be regarded as deposits or advance payments. The receipt of the full amount of the command will be done by the seller at the time of the validation of the order.
ARTICLE 11 – INVOICE
Once the payment is acquitted and validated, the invoice is available in the section my account on the order summary page.
ARTICLE 12 – REFUND
Refunds of products in the assumptions referred to in article 5 will be performed in a time lower or equal to 30 days after reception of products by our care. The refund will be by check sent on behalf of the client having placed the order and billing address. No sending in against refund will be accepted regardless of the reason.
ARTICLE 13 – SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED
Pursuant to article L 121 – 20 of the consumer Code, you have a 10 days deadline from receipt to exchange or make you refund the product that would not be appropriate to you. If this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday or non-working time, it is extended until the first following working day. In agreement with the Chatel Law of June 1, 2008, repayments on a right of withdrawal will be primarily by means of payment, even if the alternatives (such as purchasing tickets) are still possible, and will include all of the amounts already paid (therefore including shipping costs: shipping costs and re-sending products rejected by the client). They will be done as soon as possible and no later than within thirty days following the date on which this right has been exercised.
Returns are to be made to CG Distribution: please contact us by mail to define the terms and conditions. This right of return may be accepted only for products in their packing of origin, complete, in good condition and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not included.
ARTICLE 14 – SECURITY
For the payment by credit card, our site is a secure system developed by our Bank: this platform and its title are presented at the time of your order transaction.
ARTICLE 15 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

It can be done by request online or by mail indicating your name, first name, address and if possible your customer reference.
ARTICLE 17 – RESPONSABILITY
The offered products are in conformity with the French in force legislation and standards in France. The responsibility of Company CG Distribution could not be committed in the event of non-observance of the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example in the event of prohibition of a product…). It belongs to you to check near the local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products or services which you plan to order.
Photographs and graphics reproduced and illustrating the presented products are given indicatively. CG Distribution cannot be held liable for the breach of contract, in the event of force majeure, of stock, disruption or total or partial strike especially in the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire. Purchases on a professional basis, the company incur no liability for any damages indirect result of herein, loss of exploitation, loss of profit, loss of chance, damage or expense, which could occur as a result of purchasing products. CG Distribution will not be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise as a result of the purchase of products. The seller cannot be held liable in the absence of the recipient to the delivery of the products or in the case where the client (or the person designated by the latter) withdraws late or withdraws products from the carrier after it had issued a notice of passage to the recipient.
Note regarding phishing: this is a way to mislead the vigilance of the user, by copying perfectly a site and making it appear to the consumer that he commanded on the official site of the trader. In the hypothesis where the CG Distribution vendor would be victim of this manipulation, its responsibility could not be blamed since it is itself victim.
ARTICLE 18 – APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In case of dispute, the French courts will be the only competent.
ARTICLE 19 – COOKIE
